Pricing questions

How does the 14-day free trial work?
Install IntentLift from the Shopify App Store and pick the Pro plan. You will not be charged for the first 14 days. Cancel any time during the trial from your Shopify admin and you will not pay anything.
What counts as a tracked event?
Anything IntentLift records about a visitor session — pageviews, product views, clicks, scroll milestones, add-to-cart, checkout steps, exit-intent triggers. We never charge for bot traffic, and events from visitors who declined consent are not stored.
What happens if I exceed my plan’s event limit?
Once you hit 100% of your monthly events, tracking pauses and the Live dashboard is locked behind an upgrade prompt — you cannot open it until you move to a higher plan or the next billing cycle begins. We send heads-up notifications at 80% and 100% so the lock never catches you off guard, and upgrading from the billing page is one click — Shopify prorates the change.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time directly from your Shopify admin. Changes take effect immediately and Shopify prorates the difference automatically.
How is billing handled?
All subscriptions are billed monthly by Shopify on your regular Shopify invoice. We never see your card or payment details.
Will my visitors see “Powered by IntentLift” on popups?
Only on the Free plan. Free shows a small “Powered by IntentLift” footer on exit-intent popups. Pro, Growth, and Enterprise plans hide it completely so your popups look fully native to your brand.
Do you offer custom plans for larger stores?
Yes. If you process more than 10M events per month, need a custom retention window, or have specific compliance requirements, get in touch and we will tailor an Enterprise plan.
