What is IntentLift?
IntentLift is a Shopify app that increases e-commerce conversion rates using AI. It tracks visitor behavior in real time, predicts purchase intent with machine learning, visualizes the conversion funnel, and recovers abandoning carts with smart, well-timed exit-intent offers — all built to be GDPR-compliant.
Which platforms does IntentLift support?
IntentLift is a Shopify app that installs as an embedded app and works with any Shopify theme. WooCommerce and a universal JavaScript SDK for custom platforms are planned.
How much does IntentLift cost?
There is a free plan at $0/month (up to 5,000 events/month, 30-day data retention). Paid plans: Pro $29/month (500,000 events, AI predictions, 90-day retention), Growth $49/month (2,000,000 events, 180-day retention), and Enterprise $99/month (10,000,000 events, 365-day retention, priority support). The Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial.
Is there a free plan or free trial?
Yes. The Free plan is permanently free for up to 5,000 events per month. The Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial, so you can evaluate AI predictions and advanced features at no cost before upgrading.
How long does setup take?
About five minutes. IntentLift installs from the Shopify App Store with one click — no coding and no theme modifications are required. Tracking begins automatically once a visitor grants consent.
Is IntentLift GDPR compliant?
Yes. IntentLift is privacy-first by design: tracking starts only after explicit visitor consent, browser Do Not Track is honored, data retention is configurable from 30 to 365 days with automatic cleanup, and any customer’s entire data footprint can be deleted in one click with an audit trail. The data controller / legal entity is AI Foundry.
Will IntentLift slow down my store?
No. IntentLift uses a lightweight storefront script that records behavior asynchronously without blocking page rendering, so the shopping experience stays fast.
What data does IntentLift collect?
Anonymous browsing sessions, page views and navigation, cart and checkout events, device and browser type, and approximate country/city (the IP address itself is not stored). For logged-in customers, email and name may be received via Shopify webhooks. Nothing is recorded until consent is granted.
How real-time is the tracking?
Events appear on the live dashboard in under 50 milliseconds from the moment they happen. 100% of sessions are captured — there is no sampling or statistical estimation.
What is AI intent detection?
Machine-learning models analyze dozens of behavioral signals — scroll depth, dwell time, navigation path, hesitation, and cart engagement — to give each live session a continuously updating purchase-intent score, and to flag high-value sessions that are trending toward abandonment.
How does smart exit intent and cart recovery work?
IntentLift detects exit signals such as the cursor racing toward the browser controls or a long idle pause with items still in the cart, then shows a configurable, on-brand discount offer at the right moment. Targeting (audience, minimum cart value, page) and frequency caps are fully configurable.
Can I delete a specific customer’s data?
Yes. IntentLift provides one-click GDPR customer data deletion that removes all of a customer’s events, sessions, profile, and identity links across the system, with an audit trail proving the request was fulfilled.
How long is data retained?
Retention is configurable per plan, from 30 days on the Free plan up to 365 days on Enterprise. Old data is automatically and permanently deleted on schedule.
Do I need to modify my theme or write code?
No. Installation is one click from the Shopify App Store with no theme edits and no developer work required.
